GENERAL INFORMATION

The CIA Voice Drop/Blast Voicemail REST API provides a web-based RESTful interface to the CIA dialer system through a URL provided by CIA. This API supports a set of resources that can be used to make telephone calls, as well as record, replay, drop, and manage recorded voice messages. The API also supports preparing, submitting, canceling, and requesting the status of Blast Voicemail (BVM) jobs.

To call this API, you must have a fully provisioned CIA user account in CIA's system. You will also need the user name and password assigned to the user ID for which you're performing tasks. A user account and credentials can be obtained by contacting CIA Customer Support. Access requires HTTP Basic Authentication with these credentials.
