GENERAL INFORMATION

Authentication

The API uses _triage_session HttpOnly cookie for
authentication. The cookie is not accessible from JavaScript in
the browser - use session endpoints in order to set it up or clear
it.

Another way of authenticating requests is using the
Authentication header: Authentication: Token <api_key>, please contact us to get your API key.

Format

API supports only application/json input to prevent
CSRF
attacks - the Content-Type header cannot be set using
CSRF
techniques.

There's one exception to the above rule - POST /api/v1/images accepts multipart/form-data content type to
allow uploading pictures, to simplify the workflow. We
recommend using ActiveStorage direct upload functionality
instead, uploading pictures to directly to Google bucket.
