To start using API, you need to obtain authentication token using client credetials flow from SilvaPro security token service. Token endpoint for SilvaPro STS is: https://dev.silvapro.fi/TurvaApi/oauth2/token
Use HTTP POST requet with following body data (x-www-form-urlencoded):

scope=pivo
client_id=f92e9799-3292-4b52-8676-e26f363345fe
client_secret=YOUR_CLIENT_SECRET_PROVIDED_BY_SILVAPRO_TEAM
After you have successfully obtained auth token, you may start calling the API endpoints listed below.
