https://escape-data-and-specs.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud/specs/L6MyBkHYDvLm1FKiOU9SY_profound_domain_clustering_api__dcapi__json.jsonGENERAL INFORMATION
An API for retrieving data about domain clusters (sets of related
domains).
This is a proprietary API and requires an apikey from Profound
Networks to be included in the Authorization header. Please
contact api@profound.net for an evaluation key.
Profound's domain clustering uses a three-tier system involving
the following hierarchical layers:
-
Ultimate Domain (or 'ultimate' or 'Level1 Ultimate' - this is the
top-level domain, the primary domain for the cluster. -
Level2 Ultimate Domain (or 'l2ultimate') - this is a second-level
domain within the cluster. The Ultimate Domain will always be
included as a Level2 Ultimate as well, but important domains may
have multiple Level2 Ultimates, representing significant
subsidiaries or brands within the cluster. -
Children domains - these are the leaf nodes of the domain cluster,
with each domain allocated to the most relevent Level2 Ultimate,
with the Ultimate Domain used as the default Level2 Ultimate

- The median response time of the API is 361 ms .
Get p50 under 220 ms to get a 4/5 score.
RELIABILITY 5/5
The reliability score is derived from the number of inconsistent server responses, either server errors or non-conforming return values.
- Self compliance: response objects matched the declared response types.
- Server errors: the server did not return any 5xx error.
DESIGN 3/5
The design score reflects the quality of the specification file (usually named openapi.json or swagger.json). Having a high-quality specification file (with up-to-date types and examples) help developers understand the API and tools produce relevant documentation.
- Respects OpenAPI 3.0.3 schema specification.
- Contains comments and summaries.
- Contains examples.
